Refund policy

We want you to love your LIKHORA piece. If something’s not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange. This includes — and exceeds — your legal cooling-off right under Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, which entitles you to cancel within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason.

To qualify:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) required
• Earrings cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons — unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered

To start a return, email Admin@Likhora.co.za with your order number.

Faulty or incorrect items: full refund or replacement, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns: refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the item; original delivery fee is non-refundable.
